JILL PATTERSON
Jill has been guiding yoga classes at 3Tribes for over 8 years. Her classes always contain a beautiful combination of the spiritual as well as the physical. Her teaching style is welcoming and calm. Jill will also be leading the sound bath and is a source of knowledge regarding yoga philosophy and history.
HANNAH GRAND
The wonderful Hannah Grand has been Head of Pilates at 3Tribes for several years now. Her classes have garnered a devout following. She remains one of the most incredibly caring teachers we have and has become a bit of an institution in North London. Hannah will be guiding you through a number of Pilates and core classes to tone and lengthen as well as a workshop to gain better understanding of body alignment.
ABI UNWIN-SMITH
Abi has been one of our most popular teachers at both our Crouch End and Borough studios. She is a ball of energy and her classes emphasise a fun and dynamic approach. Abi will be taking you through both Hatha and Vinyassa styles of Yoga while creating a safe environment to explore some more challenging balances and postures.
LOUISE RIPLEY-DUGGAN
The unstoppable Louise. Louise is a powerhouse of strength and encouragement. She has been heading our Warrior and Spin classes in North London for the last 2 years. Always with an eye for detail, Louise will be providing all the strength and cardio classes in Goa. Her classes have always remained waitlisted and has become a central figure in the 3Tribes community.
RASINA PAVLOVA
Rasina will be there to manage your stay and ensure you have everything you need. Rasina is one of our core team at 3Tribes alongside being an instructor herself. From the moment you sign up Rasina will be here to communicate and ensure you have the most incredible time with us.
